Return costs are not covered by the house.

Please email us at info@maisonola.com with the order number and the reason for return.

Return the product to the following address: Maison Ola, 23 rue de l’Annonciation 75016. Only new products, not worn and in their original state will be refunded. Items must be returned in their original packaging along with the clothing label.

You can return them to us to 14 days after the delivery date of your package. You will be refunded without additional steps, as soon as possible after receipt of your parcel. The refund will be made via the payement method chosen for the order. After this date, no refund will be made.
