Refund policy

Return costs are not covered by Maison Ola.

To initiate a return, please email us at info@maisonola.com with your order number and the reason for return.

Return the product to the following address:

Maison Ola — 33 rue de Grenelle, 75007 Paris, France

Only new, unworn items in their original condition will be refunded. Items must be returned in their original packaging along with the clothing label.

Returns are accepted within 14 days after the delivery date of your parcel. Refunds are processed as soon as possible after receipt of your return, via the payment method used for the order. After this 14-day period, no refund will be issued.

Customs duties paid by the recipient on the original delivery are not refundable by Maison Ola.
